Open: Monday – Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm Call in to our office to pick up a form or information booklet and find out more about our information, advice, and advocacy services.
Drop-in Clinic
Open: Monday 9.30am - 12.00pm and 2.00pm -4.00pm Tuesday 9.30am - 12.00pm and 2.00pm -4.00pm Wednesday* 2.00pm – 4.00pm Thursday 9.30am – 12.00pm Call in to our office to speak with a member of our team about your situation and explore your options in more detail. No appointment necessary.

For things like form filling or appealing a decision, our Information Officers may offer you an appointment to provide further assistance with your situation.

Specialist Service Information
Free Legal Advice Centre: FLAC is currently offering limited FLAC Phone Advice Clinics in conjunction with the Citizen Information Service. You can either request a call back from a CIS Information Officer on 0818 07 5000 or drop in to speak with an officer during in drop-in times (See opening hours) The CIC Information Officer will discuss your query with you and if it cannot be answered and an appointment is available for a FLAC phone clinic they will make it for you.
