Phone lines are open 9.30 to 4.30 Open: Monday-Friday 09:30-12:30 Call in to our office to pick up a form or information booklet and find out more about our information, advice, and advocacy services. Drop In Prefix Open: Monday-Friday 09:30-12:30. Call in to our office BETWEEN 09:30-12:30 for a short discussion (generally 20 mins) with a member of our team about your situation and to explore your options. No appointment necessary, however access may be limited during peak times. Appointments Prefix If your situation requires more support, we may offer you an appointment to provide further assistance (examples include form-filling or making a Social Welfare Appeal). Appointments are available from 14:00-16:00 Monday to Friday.(Excluding lunch hour 1pm-2pm).
