Reception Desk
Monday: 10.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm

Tuesday: 10.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm

Wednesday: 10.00am to 12.30pm

Call in to our office to pick up a form or information booklet and find out more about our information, advice, and advocacy services.
Drop-in Clinic
Monday: 10.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm

Tuesday: 10.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm

Wednesday: 10.00am to 12.30pm

Drop-in to our office for a short discussion (generally 20 mins) with a member of our team about your situation and to explore your options. No appointment necessary, however access may be limited during peak times.
Appointments
If your situation requires more support, we may offer you an appointment to provide further assistance (examples include form-filling or making a Social Welfare Appeal). Appointments are available Monday to Wednesday 2:00pm to 4:30pm and Friday 9.30am to 12.30pm.

Specialist Service Information

Free Legal Advice Centre:
FLAC Regional Remote Clinic are offering a limited Phone Clinic by appointment each Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm. Please contact 0818 07 5130 for further information and to speak to an Information officer to make an appointment. (By appointment only.) Digital Help Service:
Digital Help Service (DHS) We can help you access and complete online forms mainly for government services. We can also help you pay online for your government services, for example your passport. To find out more please talk to one of our team. This service can be accessed via our drop in or appointment hours.
