Centre opening hours

Drop-In Hours: • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm • Thursdays: 9:00 am to 12:30 pm These are the times when you can visit our office without an appointment. Simply come in, and a member of our team will have a short discussion with you (usually around 20 minutes). No appointment is necessary during these hours. However, please note that access may be limited during peak times. Appointments: • Thursdays: 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm (dedicated appointment hours, but other times can be arranged) If your situation requires more support, we can offer you an appointment. Examples of situations where appointments are helpful include form-filling or making a Social Welfare Appeal Phone Support: • You can also reach us by phone from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Contact us with your query, and we’ll aim to respond within two working days.
