Normal opening hours below: Reception Desk
Open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9.45am to 12.30pm. Open Wednesdays from 2pm to 4pm.
Call in to our office to pick up a form or information booklet and find out more about our information, advice, and advocacy services.
Drop-in Clinic
Open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 9.45am to 12.30pm (last client seen at 12.30pm).Open Wednesdays from 2pm to 4pm (last client seen at 4pm).
Call in to our office for a short discussion (generally 20 mins) with a member of our team about your situation and to explore your options. No appointment necessary, however access may be limited during peak times.

If your situation requires more support, we may offer you an appointment to provide further assistance (examples include form-filling or making a Social Welfare Appeal).

Free Legal Advice Centre:
FLAC is currently offering limited FLAC Phone Advice Clinics in conjunction with the Citizen Information Service. You can call in during our drop-in times or call us on 0818 07 6950 (See opening hours) to speak with an Information Officer. If your query cannot be answered with information, and you meet FLAC’s referral criteria (see FLAC website), and an appointment is available for a clinic, they will make it for you. (By appointment only.) Other Information:
The Ombudsman can help if you have made a complaint to a public body and are unhappy with the response. Staff from the Ombudsman are available in our office 2pm to 4pm on the following Wednesday dates in 2024: January 10, February 14, March 13, May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14, September 11, October 9, November 13, December 11
