Reception Desk
Monday to Friday – 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 4.30pm CLOSED on WEDNESDAY 12th MARCH FOR TRAINING
Call in to our office to pick up a form or information booklet and find out more about our information, advice, and advocacy services.
Drop-in Clinic
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9.30am to 12.15pm (we do not have a walk-in service on Wednesday mornings).
Call in to our office for a short discussion (generally 20 mins) with a member of our team about your situation and to explore your options. No appointment necessary during our walk-in clinic times, however access may be limited during peak times.
Appointments
If your situation requires more support, we may offer you an appointment to provide further assistance (examples include form-filling, making a Social Welfare Appeal or to assist with Digital Application forms).

Specialist Service Information
Free Legal Advice Centre: FLAC is currently offering limited FLAC Phone Advice Clinics in conjunction with the Citizen Information Service. You can either request a call back from an Information Officer on 0818 077 180 or drop in to speak with an officer during in drop-in times (See opening hours) The CIC Information Officer will discuss your query with you and if it cannot be answered and an appointment is available for a clinic they will make it for you.
