Reception Desk
Monday: 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm

Tuesday: 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm

Wednesday: 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm

Thursday: 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm

Friday: 9.00am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm

Call in to our office to pick up a form or information booklet and find out more about our information, advice, and advocacy services. Our Reception Team are NOT Information Officers and cannot provide you with detailed or complex answers to your queries and they may refer you to either the drop-in service, an appointment, a callback (through the callback service) or to the National Citizens Information Phone Service (CIPS) as appropriate

Drop-in Clinic

Drop-in to our office for a short discussion (generally 20 mins) with a member of our team about your situation and to explore your options. No appointment necessary, however access may be limited during peak times or subject to resource availability. You may be advised in advance that more complex queries may require a seperate appointment or that if the drop-in query is longer than the allocated time (approx 20 mins), you may be required to return on an alternate date / time to complete your query

Appointments
If your situation requires more support, we may offer you an appointment to provide further assistance (examples include form-filling or making a Social Welfare Appeal). Appointments are available primarily in the afternoons (excluding Wednesdays) subject to availability

Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (excluding evenings and weekends and Public Holidays). If our lines are busy you can leave a message and your call will be logged and you will receive a text confirmation when your call has been logged. If you leave a message after opening hours or at the weekend, your call will be logged on the next working day and you will receive a text confirmation confirming your call has been logged Emails should be acknowledged and responded to within 2-3 working days
