Centre opening hours

Open: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 pm to 5 p.m. Call to our office (during drop-in if our door is open or press the buzzer if door closed) to pick up a form or information booklet or organise a call-back from one of our team. There are NO Information Officers available to answer queries from callers who visit the office OUTSIDE of drop-in clinic times

Drop-in Clinic
Open: Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.(Last one-to-one consultation 12.30 p.m.) and Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (last one-to-one consultation at 4.30 p.m.) First come first served dependent on availability of resources and capacity. Call in to our office for a short discussion (generally 20 mins) with a member of our team about your situation and to explore your options. No appointment necessary for drop-ins, however we may have to limit the number of client during busy periods. The Reception Team will need to assess your query, and if complex, will refer your details to the Manager who will arrange a specific appointment with one of the team OUTSIDE of the normal drop-in times.
