Notice
Clonmel Citizens Information Centre is currently in the process of relocating in Clonmel.
The office at its previous location (Market Place) is currently closed to the public.
During this transition, you can still speak to CIC staff via phone or email for information, advice, and advocacy.
The new office will be open for drop-in services in January 2026
Reception Desk
Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm.
Call in to our office to pick up a form or information booklet and find out more about our information, advice, and advocacy services.
Drop-in Clinic
Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm.
Call in to our office for a short discussion (generally 20 mins) with a member of our team about your situation and to explore your options. No appointment necessary, however access may be limited during peak times.
Appointments
If your situation requires more support, we may offer you an appointment to provide further assistance.

Specialist Service Information
Free Legal Advice Centre: FLAC are offering a limited Phone Clinic by appointment each Thursday from 7pm to 9pm. Please contact 0818 07 6460 for further information and to speak to an Information officer to make an appointment. Alternatively, you can contact the FLAC Helpline, please ring 01 9061010 Monday to Friday 9.30am-1.00pm and Monday evenings from 7.00-9.00pm or visit www.flac.ie
