Centre opening hours

NEWCASTLESWEST CITIZENS INFORMATION WILL BE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER AND WEDNESDAY 7TH OCTOBER DUE TO STAFF SHORTAGES. Open: Monday: 10.00am to 4.30pm and Wednesday 10:00am to 4.30pm (closed for lunch 1-2.00pm) Call in to our office for a short discussion (generally 20 mins) with a member of our team about your situation and to explore your options. No appointment necessary, however access may be limited during peak times.

Appointments
If your situation requires more support, we may offer you an appointment to provide further assistance (examples include form-filling or making a Social Welfare Appeal).

Digital Help Service (DHS) We can help you access and complete online forms mainly for government services. We can also help you pay online for your government services, for example your passport. To find out more please talk to one of our team. This service can be accessed via our drop in or appointment hours.
